RAPUNZEL IS SHAKING

Rapunzel's Been Real Quiet Since Chloé Bailey Wore These Knee-Length Burgundy Locs

It might be the best loc hairstyle we've ever seen on her.

Chlöe Bailey's official debut album, In Pieces, dropped on March 31 to the delight of her Chlövers, who have been waiting for this project for years. The day prior, she celebrated the album's launch with a party, where she looked like a dream in an all-white ensemble with matching eye makeup and a head full of burgundy locs that cascaded past her knees.

The singer-songwriter arrived at her album release party in a figure-hugging white latex dress with her knee-length burgundy locs. Bailey has always shown how versatile her loc styles are, and in recent years started to play around with colors such as bright red, blonde, and now this deeper burgundy hue, which we are loving on the star.

She styled the locs simply with a half-updo and lightly swooped baby hairs. These locs had a boho vibe with wavy ends and tendrils throughout the hair. A few of those wavy pieces of hair framed her face as well.

She paired her burgundy hair and bodycon dress with a thick white liner that looked like it covered the entirety of her lids. And those falsies, damn. They were so long that the tips almost touched her arched brows. Her base featured bronzed cheeks and a shimmery highlight on the tip of her nose. Her nude glossy lips were damn near as shiny as her nose highlight.

We hope that Bailey had a wonderful time and felt celebrated at her album release party. Embarking on a solo career after you've created musical masterpieces with others (especially family members) is no easy feat. But we think Bailey and these burgundy locs are on the right track.
